Here, I brought you a miracle!
Remember how I was complaining that I couldn´t do make-up tutorials because I didn´t bring with me my tripod to England? Well, after classes I was being lazy and moved a few things in my room and then found the perfect spot with light and where to put my camera and BAM, here I have a new tutorial!!
It is very simple, nothing too fancy but what I love is the little pop of color that takes the look to another level :)
Products used:
- Eyeshadows: 1) Skin toned 2) Brown 3) Dark brown 4) Black 5) Bright pink
- Blue eyeliner pencil
- Glitter liner
- Brushes: 1) Big fluffy 2) Angled brush 4) Flat (Mac 139)
- Black mascara
STEP ONE
Using a big brush, place all over the lid an eyeshadow that is the same color as your skin.
This will allow the others eyeshadows to blend softly and easily.
STEP TWO
Using the angled brush, damp the brush a little with water and apply the brown eyeshadow.
It´s like lining with black liner but with an angled brush and brown eyeshadow!
Line all the way from the inner part of the eye to the outer part.
STEP THREE
End up by creating a wing as you see in the picture. It doesn´t need to be extremely perfect.
STEP FOUR
With the same eyeshadow (do not apply more eyeshadow for this step), blend the eyeshadow
to make it look softer. Do it with soft strokes with a back and forth motion.
STEP FIVE
Now do the exact same, but with the dark brown eyeshadow....
STEP SIX
Now with the flat brush (or using the angled one), blend the edges of the dark brown eyeshadow that was just applied.
STEP SEVEN
Again, do the exact same steps but using the black eyeshadow.
STEP EIGHT
Blend softly.
STEP NINE
Apply a white eyeliner pencil on the lower lash line.
And blend it with a finger.
The white liner is used as a base so the pink eyeshadow stays put and shows brighter.
STEP TEN
Now, layer little by little the place the bright pink eyeshadow on the lower lash line.
STEP ELEVEN
If you prefer, use a brush to blend. Here i blended it with both, the flat brush and a Q-tip.
STEP TWELVE
Apply glitter liner in the very inner corner of the eye and extend it 3/4 towards the lower lash line.
STEP THIRTEEN
Using the brightest blue eyeliner pencil you can find, apply it in the waterline. Do this step a few time so the color shows brighter. (This is NYX in Electric Blue)
STEP FOURTEEN
Apply mascara in the upper lashes and just a tiny bit in the lower lashes.
DONE!
The fun part about this look is that you don´t need to stick with the bright pink and blue, you can use different colors and match them to get a totally new look!
You can use maybe... navy blue eyeshadow in the lower lash line and a bright yellow liner on the waterline. Who knows?
Create different looks by just using different colors :D
